Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

What is Spa at Doorstep and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

Spa at Doorstep is a premium at-home body massage service in Delhi NCR. We send certified, professional therapists directly to your home, hotel, or office. You simply book a treatment online or via phone, choose your preferred time slot, and our therapist arrives with all equipment — massage table, fresh linens, and premium oils. You enjoy a full spa experience without stepping out.

Question 2

What body massage treatments do you offer at home?

Accepted Answer

We specialise exclusively in body massage treatments: Signature Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy Session, Hot Stone Therapy, Body Scrub & Massage, and our signature Royal Spa Package — a 3-hour full-body massage journey. We also offer monthly membership plans for regular wellness routines.

Question 3

Is a home massage experience as good as a spa centre?

Accepted Answer

Many clients find it even better. You skip the commute, enjoy complete privacy in your own space, and can relax fully without having to drive home afterwards. Our therapists bring professional-grade equipment and premium massage oils, so the quality is identical to a high-end spa — with the added comfort of your own environment.

Question 4

How long does a typical session last?

Accepted Answer

Session durations vary by treatment. A Signature Massage is 60 minutes, Deep Tissue is 75 minutes, Aromatherapy is 60 minutes, Hot Stone Therapy is 75 minutes, Body Scrub & Massage is 90 minutes, and the Royal Spa Package is 180 minutes (3 hours). The therapist arrives 10 minutes early to set up, so your full treatment time is never compromised.
